Errata:

Version 9 and earlier

• Equation (2.100) is missing an imaginary constant in the coefficient of $\delta\Delta$
• In section 2.6.4, the last element in the column vector in Eq. (2.109) should be $\sqrt{\Gamma_m / g}$. Correct equation:

Version 8 and earlier

• In section 2.5, equations (2.76) and (2.77) for the reflectivity and transmissivity of a thin dielectric membrane are wrong. The coefficient of the sine factor in the denominator should be (n^2+1).

Version 7 and earlier

• In Section 2.5, second paragraph: the work cited as an example of a high-reflective membrane should be Enzian et al (10.1364/OE.484369) instead of Kristensen et al.
• Typo in last paragraph of section 6.1 "Membrane Rupture"

Version 6 and earlier:

• Equation (2.111): there is a missing imaginary unit. Correct equation:
